To initiate the Team Assessment Survey process do the following:

1. Purchase a Team Assessment Survey by clicking the 'Buy TAS' button below

2. You will then be asked to fill in some details:

• Your email
• Company name (optional)
• Team Name
• Whether you are the team leader
• The date you would like the survey sent to the team members
• The date you'd like to close the survey so we can start analysing results
• The language you would like the survey in
• The type of other teams you would like to be benchmarked against

3. You'll be told what happens next

• You'll receive a form from us within 48 hours that will ask you to fill in all the team members who should take the survey

4. After that, the survey will be launched and you'll soon receive your results
